Each player is allowed a single account on 777hp. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to bypass restrictions is strictly against the rules and will result in all accounts being closed.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Failure to provide valid documentation when requested may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Rules
Each player is permitted one account only. If it is discovered that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — 777hp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 777hp will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.
Account details, including your registered name and date of birth, cannot be changed after verification is complete. It is important to enter your correct details at the time of registration. Your withdrawal payment method must match the name on your 777hp account.
777hp reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including accounts that have shown signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any conduct that violates these terms. Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, any pending bonuses will be forfeited.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on 777hp are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. 777hp does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe displayed at the time of your request. Processing times can vary based on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
- Withdrawals will only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.
- You must have a verified account before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- 777hp does not accept payments from third parties. Funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Any balance that has been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the account closed.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
777hp offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for new members, deposit match offers, free spins on selected Slot Games, cashback promotions and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed alongside the offer when it is active.
Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus rules apply across all 777hp promotions:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses have expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino tables and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
- 777hp reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a pattern designed to guarantee winnings, or coordinating with other players — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
06 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 777hp are final once confirmed. Once a bet is accepted by the system it cannot be cancelled or altered by the player. Please review your selection carefully before confirming any wager.
For Sports Betting — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets — the following rules apply:
- Odds are subject to change up until the event starts. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as displayed in the betting rules section of the platform.
- Live in-play bets are placed in real time. 777hp reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
- Obvious pricing errors — for example, incorrect odds caused by a system error — will not be honoured. Such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
For Casino games including Slot Games, Live Casino tables and Bingo, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Results are independent, fair and cannot be predicted or influenced by any external means. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section.
777hp reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system fault or software malfunction has produced an incorrect result. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777hp platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban:
- Creating more than one account or registering under a false identity.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human input.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate game results.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity that is fraudulent in nature.
- Initiating unauthorised chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a minor to access your account.
- Making abusive, threatening or offensive communications to 777hp staff or other users.
Where 777hp suspects that prohibited conduct has taken place, the platform may withhold withdrawals, request additional documentation, or close the account pending investigation. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited activity will not be returned.
